By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.<\/p>\n<p><b>1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS<\/b><\/p>\n<p>By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. TotalWellness may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.<\/p>\n<p><b>2. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.<\/p>\n<p>TotalWellness may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.<\/p>\n<p><b>4. NO MEDICAL ADVICE<\/b><\/p>\n<p>This Site provides information about TotalWellness, its programs, and its wellness-related services, including onsite flu vaccinations, biometric screenings, health education, and other employer-sponsored wellness offerings. While certain services offered by TotalWellness may involve the collection of health-related information, the Site itself does not provide medical, diagnostic, or clinical advice, and the content available on the Site should not be interpreted as such.<\/p>\n<p>TotalWellness is not a medical provider and does not offer medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or individualized medical advice through this Site.
